Charlotte

Hi, My name is Charlotte but everyone calls me charlie. I am a mum of 2 and in my spare time I like to be outdoors and playing games with my children, walking our Jackaranian dog, eating out, camping and reading.

I have 3 years professional experience supporting young people and adults who have a variety of care needs such as mental health issues, dementia, medical issues and autism, across varied settings. I also have 7 years of personal experience, caring for one of my children who has complex medical needs which includes daily stoma care, dressing changes, tube feeding and medication administration. My other son is autistic. This ‘lived’ experience is what drove me to work in the care sector and I feel it was definitely my calling! I love to care!

I am friendly, trustworthy, punctual and empathetic individual who is a great listener. I love to hear peoples stories. I pride myself in supporting people in a sensitive, dignified, positive and person centered way, always. I will always help in any way I can, no task is too big.
