How does our service work?

Our knowledgeable and compassionate team will soon put your mind at rest.

We will confidentially discuss the full needs of your support with you on the telephone, by email, or if you prefer, face to face.

Throughout, we take the time to ensure this is about you and your choices.

Once we have confirmed the requirements of your support, we confidentially advertise it on our Secure Internal Job Network.

A selection of our friendly, registered Personal Assistants will express an interest in working with you, and we will pass details of their profiles on to you to fully review.

Our self-employed Personal Assistants are who enable and re-enable our clients.

All have PA Assurance Accreditation, an Enhanced DBS, Insurance and are trained to Skills for Care Mandatory care levels as a minimum.

Many have specialist experience and training too.

We then help you arrange to meet your chosen Personal Assistant(s) so you can be sure you are right for each other.

You can discuss and agree on the more personal and intricate details of your support with them. Be comforted knowing that Calibre Quality Care are there for you the whole time.

Our Personal Assistants individualised support agreements are designed to suit each clients personal needs and wants. They are as flexible as possible to accommodate the ever-changing requirements that are sometimes inevitable.
