Leanne caring for Mr B, Leanne is a very friendly and competent person Leanne and Mr B get on very well and she keeps me updated on how things are going and if she notices anything which might need my attention

My nan, Betty felt very comfortable with Leanne straight away, she was quite nervous about having carers but right from day one Leannes naturally caring nature put nan at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for Leanne and she genuinely cares about the people she looks after. They built a lovely friendship and nan looked forward to seeing Leannes smiling face every morning. Leanne always kept us informed of any changes or concerns, which was very reassuring and we had complete trust that nan was being well cared for. Even after nan sadly had to go into residential care Leanne kept in touch & visited nan often, this just shows what a caring lovely person she is. We can’t thank Leanne enough for the help and care she gave nan, she is definitely a very special lady. Thank you Leanne.
