Dedicated healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience in residential care settings, including extensive support in the management of care homes. I have a comprehensive knowledge of health and medication management, ensuring the highest standards of care for clients. Committed to fostering a compassionate environment while promoting the person centred care, well-being and dignity of individuals.
Throughout my career, I have had the honour of supporting numerous clients and their families. It is always a pleasure to come into their home and assist them with their day-to-day needs and wishes, fostering a sense of belonging and comfort. I live by our core values, celebrating the uniqueness in everyone, putting care and kindness at the heart of everything I do. My aim is to exceed people’s expectations while acting with transparency and integrity.
