I feel that Chrissie would be ideal to work as a PA and am very sad at losing her from our team.
Chrissie has always advocated for the people that she has supported over the years and has always gone above and beyond what was expected.
She is very passionate about what she does and always makes time to listen to the views of the person that she is supporting and does her best to get the best for them. She is understanding, hardworking, honest, reliable and trustworthy.

Relations with others: Chrissie is a fantastic team player. She is fair, helpful and shows interest in her colleagues and is always ready and willing to support. I started working with Chrissie in January 2020 and she showed me kindness and support from day 1. I would count Chrissie as an exceptional work colleague and team player.

Work without supervision: Chrissie has worked with some very complex clients. She can work confidently without supervision, although she asked for supervision and guidance when appropriate.

I am so sorry that Chrissie is leaving the learning disability team but fully support her decision. I would highly recommend Chrissie for the role of personal assistant in Health and Social care.

Having Chrissie as my PA has made a positive significant impact on my life. The myriad of tasks that she undertakes has made my daily life so much better. I am able to get out, previously I was house bound. I appreciate the company and the care and compassion I receive. I retain autonomy and the support I need is delivered with much consideration and I am able to retain my dignity and not feel pressured or a nuisance.
