I have known Issie on a personal level for 5 years, although I have not employed or worked with Issie, I have always known her to have a good work ethic and always puts other first.
How do you know the above individual? I used to work with Issie at Superdrug Aylesbury branch.
How long have you known the above individual? Over a year, we met in July 2018 when she started working at Superdrug.
What words best describe their personality? Warm, caring, good listener, detailed.
Did you employ the above individual? I was a team leader and she was an apprentice. I personally did not interview her but gave her required training during her apprentice work.
What is your assessment of:
Quality of work- Always done to a perfection in a timely manner, as you know retail is a very busy environment.
Quantity of work– Always tried to complete as many tasks as she could during her shift. If finished earlier, she would ask whether we need any more help.
Application to job– I think she would be great at this. She is very understanding and patient.
Honesty– Always honest no matter what the situation is.
Relations with others– Keeps it friendly and always professional. Accepts everyone’s differences.
Attendance/Punctuality– Always on time and always at work.
Work without supervision– She was always given training before she was left unsupervised. However, she is a quick learner therefore after the first time she was always ready to go ahead and do it herself. Her work was always done to a good standard, also her customer service was always exceptional and there wasn’t a week where she wouldn’t get a compliment from a customer.
Any other comments you wish to add with regards to individual’s suitability for the role of a Personal Assistant in Health and Social Care.
I think Issie would excel in this position due to her caring and understanding nature. No matter what customers we would get in the shop she would always give them 100% attention when needed and help them until they are satisfied, hence she was getting so many great customer feedbacks! She is a quick learner and does the job properly when left unsupervised. However, if she doesn’t understand or is unsure, she isn’t scared to ask for help. It was always a pleasure to work with her and I wish I still did as she brings joy wherever she goes. I believe she will be a great addition to your team.
I couldn’t be happier with the professional care and service I receive from Issie and Mia, both of whom are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They do work very efficiently and is a pleasure to have them around. I realise it is not an easy job that these young girls do, never knowing what situation they will find. Their friendly manner is calming and reassuring.

Issie is friendly, punctual and is willing to do any jobs that went wrong, she made my twin sister Pamelas’s life more pleasant and enjoyable during her last few weeks before she died in July 2020.
She would cut and wash her hair without any fuss, she now cares for me and no job is to much trouble. She will do shopping, post letters and take my prescription to the doctors for me.
I would recommend her service to anyone.
I realise although I would like to care for myself, I am grateful for all the help they give me.
I’m finding it not easy to adjust after being so independent for so long.
They all have interesting personalities I am learning a lot about the younger generation and hopefully they are learning more about my generation.
