I have seen Jade in a caring role before, she has met and helped me with a family member. She was extremely efficient but friendly and took her time to build a relationship. As mentioned above, Jade can adapt her communication style to suit the individual- I believe this is an integral part of being a personal assistant and she will adapt her technique and approach.
