Penny
About me
I have been working in the care industry for the last thirty years working in a variety of roles and supporting people with a variety of needs. I enjoy every aspect of my role and continue to learn something new in my role everyday. I pride myself in working with individuals in a person centred and dignified manner, enabling people to manage their lives that promotes the way that they would want to be supported.
I have worked with a variety of individuals including older people, adults with mental health, children with learning disabilities and in my current role im the manager a service for adults with a learning disability. The clients I currently work with have varying needs including Autism, Diabetes, Dysphagia, epilepsy and behaviours that can challenge.
I am a parent to two children and have three cats and enjoy new challenges.

Suzanne and Penny have been caring for my 95 year old father following his long stay in hospital. My father is very happy indeed with their support and frequently says how well he is being looked after. The ladies are friendly, calm and very caring and help out in all sorts of ways I had not been expecting including doing bits of shopping for him when I have missed things. I am very grateful to Suzanne and Penny not just for their support for him but for the load they have taken off my shoulders, it is a great comfort to the family to have them involved.
I am so please Penny came into our lives she is truly a wonderful person. She is efficient, reliable, and punctual. She cared for my mum with kindness and greatness and was so patient when she was difficult. She has a brilliant sense of humour and her experience with dementia was so helpful. Her professional attitude gave me so much confidence I felt completely happy she was looking after mum well. Most important to me was the help and encouragement she gave to me and my husband when I was a full-time carer for him. I would not have coped without her support and friendship. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful PA for their loved one.
