They are amazing kind and caring thoughtful without them I will be dead. There my family Jodi is my sister.
Penny has provided excellent care in terms of communication and thoughtfulness. She is always on the lookout for anything that would improve my living circumstances. Penny has shown affection and a “can do” attitude. Penny has taken over my weekly shopping and now the variety of food and drink is outstanding. Penny is a very hard working individual. I have known penny for the last 6 years, she has always been very supportive as a colleague.
Penny is a great listener, she is caring and puts others first, she is confident in what she does, and makes sure that the people she supports, receive a very high standard of care. Penny is very passionate and person centred when caring for others, she is quick thinker and copes well under pressure.

Suzanne and Penny have been caring for my 95 year old father following his long stay in hospital. My father is very happy indeed with their support and frequently says how well he is being looked after. The ladies are friendly, calm and very caring and help out in all sorts of ways I had not been expecting including doing bits of shopping for him when I have missed things. I am very grateful to Suzanne and Penny not just for their support for him but for the load they have taken off my shoulders, it is a great comfort to the family to have them involved.

I am so please Penny came into our lives she is truly a wonderful person. She is efficient, reliable, and punctual. She cared for my mum with kindness and greatness and was so patient when she was difficult. She has a brilliant sense of humour and her experience with dementia was so helpful. Her professional attitude gave me so much confidence I felt completely happy she was looking after mum well. Most important to me was the help and encouragement she gave to me and my husband when I was a full-time carer for him. I would not have coped without her support and friendship. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful PA for their loved one.
