The Care Journey
A simple, considered process — from your first call to arranging a start date with a Personal Assistant you've chosen.
The Same Friendly Face
Unlike agencies with rotating rotas, you get the same dedicated PA every single visit for true consistency.
You Make the Match
You aren’t just assigned a worker; you interview and choose the specific PA who fits your personality and lifestyle.
Time Over Task
We ditch the "stopwatch" culture of 15-minute visits to focus on quality, unhurried care at your own pace.
Local to Buckinghamshire

Call Us to Discuss Your Needs
Reach out to us to have an in-depth conversation about your support needs. We’ll take the time to listen and understand your specific requirements, preferences, and expectations, ensuring we have a clear picture of the kind of assistance you’re looking for.
- 02
We Advertise to Our Professional Network
Once we’ve gathered your details, we’ll advertise your support needs to our network of trained, self-employed Personal Assistants. This is secure and only goes to our register of personal assistants — nowhere else — ensuring only those well-suited and available respond.
- 03
Receive Profiles of Interested PAs
After advertising your requirements, we’ll compile a list of Personal Assistants who express interest in supporting you and send you their profiles so you can learn more about their qualifications, experience, and approach to care.
- 04
Choose Which PA You’d Like to Meet
Review the profiles at your own pace, and select the Personal Assistant(s) you feel might be the best fit. Once you’ve made your choices, we’ll help you arrange meetings with your preferred candidates.
- 05
Meet the PA and Discuss Your Support
This is your opportunity to meet face-to-face (or virtually) with the Personal Assistant(s) you’ve selected. Discuss the details of your support needs, ask questions, and ensure that you both feel comfortable moving forward.
- 06
Arrange a Start Date
Once you’ve found the right Personal Assistant, finalise the details and agree on a start date for your support. We’ll be here to assist with any final arrangements and ensure a smooth transition into your new care routine.
