Clear, honest pricing

No set-up fees. No hidden extras. Just the right Personal Assistant, at a fair hourly rate.

What our Personal Assistants charge

£22 – £26 per hour

Our Personal Assistants are self-employed and set their own rates. Most charge between £22 and £26 an hour, depending on the support you need.

Calibre Quality Care does not charge you any additional fees.

What affects the hourly rate?

Type of support

Companionship and domestic help is often at the lower end; personal care and more complex support is usually higher.

When you need support

Evenings, weekends and bank holidays may cost more.

Visit length

Your PA will agree a minimum visit length with you.

Travel

If your PA drives you to appointments or outings, mileage may be charged.

Your PA will confirm their rate with you before any support begins, so there are no surprises.

Why more of your money goes on your care

Traditional care agencies have large overheads – offices, management layers and set-up fees – which are built into their hourly rate. Because our Personal Assistants are self-employed, more of what you pay goes directly to the person supporting you.
