About me

Hello, I’m Charlotte, a friendly, compassionate, and reliable Personal Assistant with over 7 years of experience supporting people of all ages, including older adults, individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex care needs. I am passionate about helping people maintain their independence while treating every person with dignity, respect, and kindness. I understand that everyone is unique, so I provide personalised support tailored to each individual’s needs, routines, and preferences. Whether it’s companionship, personal care, meal preparation, medication support, attending appointments, shopping, or simply being there for a friendly chat, I always aim to make a positive difference in people’s lives. I pride myself on being trustworthy, patient, organised, and a good listener, building strong relationships with clients and their families. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, horse riding, and spending quality time with my family. I believe that genuine care is about helping people feel safe, valued, and empowered to live life their way. I look forward to supporting you or your loved one with compassionate, dependable, and person-centred care.

Testimonials

"I have known Charlotte as a Care provider for 4 years, she gave care to my elderly good friend. I found her to be a very professional knowledgeable person, she is qualified to a high degree. More importantly she had a kind calm approach to my friend who at times would be difficult to care for, her kind gentle approach to him always resulted in him cooperating with what was necessary to be completed."

"I would totally recommend Charlotte she is an honest and reliable person. I would consider you very lucky to have her care for you."
